Refund and Returns Policy

At Home Mantra, customer satisfaction is important to us. Every product is carefully inspected, packed, and dispatched to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Returns Policy.


1. No Returns on Personal Preference

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons related to personal preference, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after placing an order
  • Product no longer required
  • Personal dislike of the product
  • Design, color, style, or finish preference
  • Incorrect product selected by the customer during purchase

Customers are advised to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, and images before placing an order.


2. Replacement for Damaged Products Only

Home Mantra offers a replacement only if the product received is physically damaged during transit.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The damage must be genuine and verifiable.
  • The product must be unused.
  • The product must be kept in its original packaging.
  • A replacement request must be submitted within the specified complaint period.

Home Mantra reserves the right to inspect and verify all damage claims before approving a replacement.


3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure fair resolution of complaints, an unboxing video is mandatory for any damaged product claim.

The video must clearly show:

  • Customer name and shipping label on the package
  • Tracking ID or order details visible on the parcel
  • Completely sealed package before opening
  • Full unboxing process without any cuts, edits, or interruptions
  • Clear visibility of the damaged product and affected area

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement, return, or refund.


4. Complaint Reporting Timeframe

Any complaint regarding a damaged product must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

To raise a complaint, customers must provide:

  • Order ID
  • Unboxing video
  • Clear photographs of the damaged product
  • Contact details

Requests received after 48 hours from the delivery date may not be accepted.


5. Refund Policy

As Home Mantra does not accept returns based on personal preference, refunds are generally not applicable.

Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Replacement is not possible due to product unavailability.
  • The order cannot be fulfilled by Home Mantra.
  • A refund has been specifically approved by our support team after review.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refund processing may take approximately 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking institution.


6. Non-Eligible Cases

The following situations are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to screen settings or handcrafted nature of products
  • Damage caused by improper handling after delivery
  • Complaints raised without an unboxing video
  • Complaints reported after the allowed reporting period
