1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

For customized and personalized products, additional time may be required for design preparation, manufacturing, quality checks, and packaging.

Typical processing time:

  • Customized Products: 2–5 business days
  • Ready-to-Ship Products: 1–3 business days

Processing times may vary during festivals, promotional periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.


2. Shipping Coverage

Home Mantra currently delivers across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

At present, international shipping may not be available unless specifically mentioned on the website.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–10 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–12 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the courier partner, weather conditions, local restrictions, or other factors beyond our control.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

From time to time, Home Mantra may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or order values.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Customers can use the tracking information provided to monitor the shipment status.


6. Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including:

  • Full Name
  • Complete Address
  • Landmark (if applicable)
  • Contact Number
  • PIN Code

Home Mantra shall not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


7. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Weather conditions
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Courier partner issues
  • Government restrictions

Home Mantra shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


8. Damaged Package During Delivery

If you receive a damaged package, please:

  1. Record a complete unboxing video before opening the parcel.
  2. Take clear photographs of the package and product.
  3. Contact our support team within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Please note that claims regarding damaged products will only be considered in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.


9. Failed Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect contact details

additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment, where applicable.


10. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before production or dispatch begins, subject to our Cancellation Policy.

Customized and personalized orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.
